Dinamička meditacija koristi haotično disanje, intenzivan pokret i spontan izlazak emocija kroz katarzu, oslobađajući prostor za pravu tišinu i jasnoću. Iako se iskustva individualno razlikuju,učesnici prijavljuju pozitivne efekte na njihovo mentalno i fizičko stanje.</span></span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 17px;">Dinamička meditacija je aktivan proces koji traje sat vremena i sastoji se od pet faza. Kroz kombinaciju disanja, pokreta, izražavanja emocija i tišine, ova meditacija omogućava duboko oslobađanje i regeneraciju. Izvodi se zatvorenih očiju, rano prepodne.
