Zdravlje limfnog sistema
Limfni sistem je baza našeg imuno-sistema. Funkcija ovog sistema je uklanjanje toksina iz ćelija i transport kroz krvotok do creva i bubrega, gde će se preraditi i biti uklonjeni iz tela. Ako ovaj sistem ne radi kako treba, telo će se ugušiti u sopstvenom otpadu. Zato je od velike važnosti limfni sistem održavati protočnim i čistim.
Neki od simptoma i znakova koji mogu biti vezan za usporen limfni sistem:
• Glavobolje
• Otečeni limfni čvorovi ili krajnici
• Manjak energije
• Šum ili zvonjava u ušima
• Smanjena sposobnost borbe protiv infekcije
• Opstipacija ili problemi sa funkcijom creva
• Nemogućnost gubitka težine
• Podočnjaci i nadutost lica
• Bol ili ukočenost ujutru
• Nadutost, otečenost ili težina u ekstremitetima

Masažom i vežbanjem pokrećemo cirkulaciju limfnih tečnosti kroz telo. Vežbe uvrtanja trupa, rotacija vrata, vežbe ekstenzije doprinose pokretanju limfe i transportu toksina. Svesnim dubokim disanjem, masiramo naše organe, što stvara preduslove za njihovu optimalnu funkciju. Na radionici učimo i o 6 glavnih limfnih čvorova i pumpi, kako ih stimulisati samomasažom.

Lymphatic System Health
The lymphatic system is the foundation of our immune system. The function of this system is to remove toxins from cells and transport them through the bloodstream to the intestines and kidneys, where they will be processed and eliminated from the body. If this system is not working properly, the body will suffocate in its own waste. That is why it is so important to keep the lymphatic system flowing and clean.
Some of the symptoms and signs that may be related to a sluggish lymphatic system:
• Headaches
• Swollen lymph nodes or tonsils
• Lack of energy
• Ringing or buzzing in the ears
• Decreased ability to fight infection
• Constipation or bowel problems
• Inability to lose weight
• Dark circles and facial puffiness
• Pain or stiffness in the morning
• Bloating, swelling, or heaviness in the extremities
• Numbness in the arms or legs while sleeping
• Pain, pressure, or stiffness along the spine and shoulders
• Increased breast swelling during the menstrual cycle

Massage and exercise help to move lymph fluid through the body. Twisting positions, neck rotations, and stretching exercises help to move lymph and transport toxins. Through deep breathing, we massage our organs, which creates the prerequisites for their optimal function. In the workshop, we also learn about the 6 main lymph nodes and pumps, and how to stimulate them through self-massage.
